i have a beautiful sunny double room to let in my pretty cottage in pulborough, west sussex.

shared lounge, kitchen and bathroom.

the cottage is set back from the road in a very quiet and peaceful location. i do have a puppy - newfoundland so any tenant would need to be comfortable with dogs. she's very friendly and does not go upstairs into the bedrooms.

there is a lovely garden with two vegetable patches and small wild meadow space at the bottom.
