Room in London Notting Hill for £210 per week

Hi, i'm off for 3 months travelling around central and south america so want to sublet my room whilst i'm away! (11 nov 2012 to 11 february 13).

the flat is in the best location in kensington gardens squares which is wedged between hyde park and westbourne grove and it is in a beautiful old georgian building with nice neighbours (and generally quiet too).

closest tubes are bayswater / queensway (5 min walk)

the flat itself is older but has a separate kitchen and good sized separate lounge with a big 42 inch plasma. the bathroom and separate loo has been fully renovated and it has a great power shower!! which is a must in winter :-)

the flat is centrally heated and you will be sharing with one other lovely kiwi guy (an old friend from uni) who is very tidy. we have an amazing cleaner that comes once a week (£10 each) plus the standard bills.
