I have a double bedroom and a small double/large single bedroom available for rent in acomb. my house is 2 minutes walk from the local shops and takeaways on foxwood lane. also the number 4 bus route is at the end of the street. it is not far from the 1237, and it is easy to access tadcaster road and the a64.

the house is quite new (4years) it is a 3 bedroom detached with one bathroom and downstairs toilet. it has a modern combi boiler, lots of insulation, double glazing etc. there is parking at the front and an enclosed garden at the back with decent sized patio

if both rooms are occupied, i may be getting a cleaner and upgrading to fibre optic broadband, depending on cost
