it is close to mill road and hills road, 15 mins from the leisure centre and 7 minutes from the station.

all bills are included and a cleaner who attends three times a week. the total cost is 700 a month but this includes everything.

there is a large sitting room and terrace for alfresco dining in the summer and september.

the sitting room hosts a large l shaped leather sofa and the flat is also occupied by two maine coon cats who are very friendly however an animal lover is a must. the litter tray is inside facing the terrace doors, as they are mostly indoor cats. if you have any allergies or disinterest in cats this is not the flat for you, however if you love animals, this would be brilliant!

the bedroom has a victorian style bed and a double mirrored wardrobe with plenty of space.

there is a secure car park underneath for bikes and the flat has a wide, airy green outlook which can be viewed from the south facing terrace. it is very peaceful and quiet despite being close to the station.

i own the flat and will be living in the other bedroom and would welcome an independent flat mate who likes the flat as much as i do.
