i am a 29 year old mother tryingg to find someone to help my tiny family to keep living in this area. my name is samantha i live here with my 7 year old son and my boyfriend andrew. he works full time and i will be back into work once summer is over. the townhouse is in los gatos in a very quite, peaceful area. we are right next to downtown los gatos as well as highway 9, highway 17, highway 85. santa cruz is only 35 mins from where the house is. rent here is 2700$, so we are looking for someone to help pay the other portion. 1600$ will pay your rent plus alll utilities, interent and cable. we are very friendly easy going people just trying to survive in this area.
