Apartment in London for £550 per month

A cute flat has become available, really close to colliers wood station and affordable- myself and a friend are looking for a third person to rent it with us.

a little bit about the house:
it's a 3 bed, so we're looking for one extra person, preferably female in her 20's. the flat has had double glazing fitted throughout, which i think is fab. even though its summer now, will be winter before you know it and that double glazing is going to kick in.. the kitchen is fairly modern and functional, same to be said about the bathroom. it's got a cute little garden area out the back which you can kind of see in the photos, with table and chairs.
it says available immediately on the add but will take a while to get the contract to go through and we have asked to have the place repainted, so both looking to move in end of july/ beginning go august.
as we are looking for an extra person to sign the contract, we need to get the wheels in motion on this before we lose this lovely property so do not hesitate to respond.
the flat also comes with all items of furniture from the images but we can request to have anything taken away if necessary.

i'm 25 and work in graphic design, specialising in fashion. ive lived in sw london for over 5 years (shocking isn't it) and love it. colliers wood has all the amenities and parks nearby, as well as great transport in and out of central. i work in mayfair and its an easy commute. in my spare time i like to keep busy, cooking, reading, drawing, socialising.

marcie-
marcie is actually the sister of one of my close friends. she's 22 and works in fashion marketing, moving to london from lincoln with work starting a new job on oxford circus. she's very sweet and looking for someone who is clean and respectful as well as fun and up for having a chat.
