Lovely sunny room in a happy 3-bed house share which is located in the beautiful village of steyning, 6 miles north of shoreham. the countryside is beautiful around here with easy access to the south downs, brighton, worthing and trains from shoreham to london take just over an hour. i am going away for 3 months from mid september to mid december and the room is available for all 3 months. the room contains a double bed, small sofa, small wardrobe, chest of drawers and dressing table with large drawers. there is a large bathroom with bath and shower, small dining room/ lounge with open fire, fully equipped kitchen, an outside patio/garden and plenty of parking at the front and back of the house.
all bills are included and we have wi-fi
