there is currently 2 males living there (a mature student (25 years old) and a professional (21 years old)
singles are preferred as it becomes complicated when more than one person is wanting to the room.
rent is £317 per month, however the total cost of the room per month is £450 (but this includes rent, bills, council tax ect)
