some info about the place:

--1 private bedroom, 1 bath (shared with 4 people) - $730/month (utilities are included)
--house is not 420 friendly
--the landlord does not allow pets, unfortunately
- washer/dryer on downstairs floor
- curbside parking spot in front of home. there is no street cleaning on the street across from ours so finding parking is pretty easy if you come home before 6.
- full kitchen privileges with private shelf space, shared refrigerator/freezer space.
- rent due every first of the month
-no lease

it is a 5br/2ba house with 2 stories. the upper level is where the 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms are located (your room would be upstairs at the end of the hallway). the four of us share one bathroom because the second bathroom is in the master bedroom. it's not too bad because we all have such different schedules. the lower level has a kitchen, small backyard and front yard, living room, laundry room, and the 5th bedroom. there's a detached garage that we've turned into a small gym with a bench, dumbbells, punching bag, slam ball, and workout bands.

it is near the westborough exit on 280. street parking is available as an option if you're home at a decent time. the closest grocery chains nearby that's within walking distance are: safeway and pacific super market (an asian grocery store) / grocery chains within a short driving distance are: trader joe's, costco, sprouts (in daly city near serramonte mall).

a little about the roommates:

roomie#1-27 y/o male, works at a logistics company and china airlines and is a student at skyline college.
roomie #2-27 y/o male, works as a police officer in oakland. likes to ride his motorcycle and lift.
roomie#3-26 y/o female, works at ucsf, rarely home during the week due to backpacking/traveling trips, work, and her boyfriend.
roomie#4-24 y/o female, works as a first grade teacher and is a student at saint mary's. roomie #2 and #4 are a couple but have their own bedrooms.

on an average day we're all working. people start leaving the house around 6 in the morning and slowing start trickling back in around 5. on an average night we're eating dinner/drinking and watching tv. we occasionally go out to eat as a house.
