there is a bathroom on each floor and a separate wc on the ground floor. two rooms will share one bathroom and the other two rooms will share one bathroom. there are locks on the bathroom doors. one bathroom has just a shower cubicle and the other has a bath.

the kitchen
the kitchen is a really good size and has a nice dining table. there is plenty of cupboard space. there are two tall integrated fridges (1 fridge for two rooms) and a large 7 hobs, two ovens and one grill range cooker . there are also several large deep drawers and cupboards. there should be no complaints about space. the kitchen is brand new and has just been installed.

the garden
there is a garden to the rear. it is a small patio garden but is large enough to have a bbq if you wanted too. this will potentially be redone in the summer months.

location
the house is in a perfect location for commuting. the sudbury hill train station is about 20 mins walk away and has great connections into central london. there is a bus stop a stones throw away from the property which serves the 398 which goes from the property to ruislip station. you can also make changes at south harrow to go mill hill, pinner, northolt, and hayes. the nearest retail park is about 15 mins away at westway cross you can get there by taking the 398 to petts hill and changing to the 395.

food shopping
there is an off license a few minutes walk away and simply m&s (petrol station) is a 10 minute walk. there is also old field circus to shop at or south harrow is an option with only a 10 minute 398 bus journey you can get to asda in about 5/10 minutes. but there is also online shopping!
